Why transport companies join
A second source of work, without a second system to run it in
Transfer opportunities, matched to you
Requests that fit the airports, cities and vehicle classes you declare reach your marketplace. Nothing outside your coverage does.
Fill unused fleet capacity
Quote on the jobs that fit gaps in your schedule. A request on your board is never an obligation — you choose what to price.
You set the price
ViaHopTrip does not generate a rate for you. You quote what the job is worth, the customer compares offers and chooses.
Travel ecosystem demand
Travellers plan hotels, transfers and days out here in one place, and transfer demand is shared with the distribution partners we work with.
One platform for the business
Requests, offers, bookings, fleet, drivers, coverage and billing in one supplier account — with team seats for dispatchers.
A verified supplier network
Every transport company is reviewed before it goes live. Customers see a verified badge; you compete with licensed operators, not anyone with a car.
How it works
From registration to your first completed transfer
- 1
Register your company
Trading name, contact person and country. Registration and licence details when you have them.
- 2
Set your coverage
Countries, regions, cities, airports or a radius around your depot. This decides which requests you see.
- 3
Add fleet and drivers
Every vehicle with its class, seats and luggage. Drivers as real profiles you can assign to jobs.
- 4
Get approved
Our team reviews the application. You are notified when your company is approved.
- 5
Quote on opportunities
Open a request, submit your offer with the vehicle and terms. Several suppliers can quote; the customer picks one.
- 6
Drive and get paid
When you win, the passenger’s details unlock. Assign a driver, run the job, complete it from the job sheet.
Types of transfer opportunities
Every request tells you what the job is before you price it
Airport transfers
Arrivals and departures with flight numbers, meet and greet requests and waiting time already on the request.
Hotel and resort transfers
Point-to-point rides between accommodation, resorts and city centres, one way or return.
Intercity and long distance
Longer routes with distance and duration estimates, so you can price fuel and time properly.
Hourly and as-directed
Chauffeur-style bookings by the hour for business travellers, events and group movements.
Groups and minibuses
Larger parties with luggage counts and requested vehicle class, from minivan to coach.
Partner-channel bookings
Confirmed bookings arriving through connected distribution channels, dispatched to your fleet.
Each request shows pickup, destination, date and time, passengers, luggage, requested vehicle class, estimated distance and duration, the number of offers already in, and the deadline to respond.
Fleet and driver management
Your fleet, class by class. Your drivers, as real profiles.
Add every vehicle with its class, model, seats and luggage capacity. Add drivers with phone, licence and verification state, assign them to vehicles, and dispatch every won job to a named driver from the job sheet.
- Unlimited vehicles, active or off-fleet without losing history
- One consistent vehicle image per class across the whole platform
- Driver profiles with licence expiry reminders
- Assign driver and vehicle per job; passengers see what is turning up

Coverage areas
You decide exactly where requests come from
Coverage is set per country, region, city, resort area, airport or radius. A rule naming one airport ranks above a country-wide rule on that airport’s jobs, so precise coverage wins more relevant work. Pause or change it any time.

Questions transport companies ask
Before you send us your licence details
- Do you guarantee a number of transfers per month?
- No. Requests depend on traveller demand in the areas you cover and on the offers you send. What we guarantee is that every request matching your coverage and fleet reaches your marketplace, and that you never pay per request.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. You choose a plan during onboarding and complete your subscription to submit your company for review. Marketplace access is activated after approval, and a rejected application is cancelled and refunded.
- Who sets the price?
- You do. Every offer carries your price, your vehicle and your terms. The customer compares offers side by side and accepts one.
- What do you need to approve my company?
- Your registered company details and a contact person. Transport or taxi licence numbers and documents strengthen the application; what is legally required depends on your country.
- Can my dispatchers and drivers use the account?
- Yes. Plans include team seats with roles for admins, dispatchers, agents and finance. Drivers are managed as profiles and assigned to jobs; a driver login is not required.
- Which countries do you operate in?
- The countries listed above are open for supplier registration. Coverage inside a country is yours to define, down to a single airport.
