Good to know

Is the price final?
Yes. An offer is a fixed total for the journey you described. Extras an operator charges for, such as waiting time beyond what is included, are stated on the offer before you accept it.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number to the request. The operator sees it on the job and plans the pick-up around the actual arrival.
Can I cancel?
Each offer carries the operator’s own cancellation terms, shown before you accept. Until you accept an offer there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
By card through ViaHopTrip when you accept an offer, or in cash to the driver where the operator offers it. The payment method is part of the offer.
